Mobile County, AL – A tragic industrial accident on Monday morning has left two workers dead and another hospitalized. The incident occurred on Princeton Woods Drive East while three contract workers were engaged in a sewer project.

According to the Mobile Police Department, the accident unfolded when one of the workers entered a hole and failed to resurface. A second worker attempted to help but also went missing. In a desperate attempt to rescue them, a third worker entered the hole but managed to escape after becoming disoriented.

Unfortunately, despite their efforts, two of the individuals were pronounced dead after being transported to a local hospital. The surviving worker is currently receiving treatment.
