The 29-year-old was riding his 2005 Suzuki C50 Boulevard motorcycle on Lamar County 41 when the vehicle veered off the road and struck a sign near Alabama 18, approximately 15 miles southeast of Vernon in Lamar County. The accident occurred around 11:30 p.m. Nuckols was pronounced dead at the scene.
