Ema Baraniakova and Sofia Madrid had a doubles win, while Ema Baraniakova, Laura Nadaska, and Sofia Madrid won singles matches for KSU. After a close match, the Jaguars ultimately claimed victory by winning the doubles point and three singles matches.
Director of Tennis Matt Emery commented on the team’s performance, acknowledging the tough competition they faced and highlighting the positives to build on. Despite the loss, he expressed confidence in the team’s competitiveness and their ability to bounce back in future matches. The Owls will next face the University of Miami on February 12 at 12 pm.
