Iconic R&B singers Chaka Khan, Gladys Knight, Patti LaBelle, and Stephanie Mills are embarking on a tour together in 2025 called “The Queens! 4 Legends. 1 Stage.” The tour will feature 20 dates, including a stop in Birmingham on May 17. Tickets for the concert will go on sale on March 21, with prices ranging from $59.50 to $129.50, plus service charges, and VIP packages available.
The tour, organized by the Black Promoters Collective, will kick off on May 9 in Las Vegas and include 11 concerts in the first leg, ending on June 1 in Indianapolis. The tour will resume in the fall with nine more shows starting on September 19 in Greensboro, N.C., and ending on October 5 in Cleveland, Ohio. The tour will also visit cities like Columbia, S.C., Nashville, Atlanta, and Memphis.
The tour is described as a celebration of the stars’ careers, honoring their “artistry, resilience, and legacy.” Audiences can expect to hear classic hits from each of the legendary singers, such as “Ain’t Nobody” from Khan, “Lady Marmalade” from LaBelle, “Midnight Train to Georgia” from Knight, and “Never Knew Love Like This Before” from Mills.
All four women are household names in the entertainment world, with a long list of albums and awards. Khan is a member of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Knight and LaBelle have multiple Grammy wins, and Mills has won a Grammy and an American Music Award. It is unclear if the singers will perform together or separately during the “Queens” shows, but duets or group numbers are not out of the question, according to Knight.
