With over 14 years of legal experience, Pendergrass founded his own law firm in 2011, specializing in family, juvenile, church law, and estate planning. His work as a contract juvenile counsel for the State of Alabama underscores his commitment to serving vulnerable communities.
In addition to his legal expertise, Pendergrass has significant ties to Alabama’s religious community, having served as both a full-time and part-time pastor. He has effectively led initiatives to enhance church involvement and youth programs, reflecting his dedication to strengthening family and community ties.
His prior role as Communications Director for Governor Kay Ivey has equipped him with a keen understanding of public messaging and state governance.
