Walter Clayton Jr. Leads March Madness 2025 All-Tournament Team

Florida’s Walter Clayton Jr. and Will Richard were the standouts on the March Madness All-Tournament team as they led their team to a national championship victory over Houston. Clayton, who was named the tournament’s Most Outstanding Player, averaged 22.3 points per game and made history with back-to-back 30-point games in the Elite Eight and national semifinal. Richard, on the other hand, averaged 11.5 points per game and contributed significantly with 8 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 steals, and a blocked shot in the championship game.

The All-Tournament team also included Duke’s Cooper Flagg, who helped his team reach the Final Four with impressive stats of 21.0 points, 7.6 rebounds, 5.0 assists, and 2.0 blocks per game. Houston’s LJ Cryer, who led his team in scoring on Monday night with 19 points, was recognized for his overall performance in the tournament, averaging 18.7 points per game and having notable games against Gonzaga and Duke. J’Wan Roberts from Houston rounded out the team with his averages of 9.5 points and 7.5 rebounds per game, showcasing his versatility with strong performances against Gonzaga and Duke as well.

The March Madness tournament was filled with thrilling performances, but ultimately, it was Clayton and Richard who shined the brightest, guiding Florida to a well-deserved national championship title.
