Two 16-year-old teens have been taken into custody for the fatal shooting of 21-year-old Hector Bamaca Yoc in Montgomery. The shooting took place at a gas station on Thursday at 12:45 a.m. where Yoc was sitting in his car. The suspects, whose names have not been released due to their age, are now facing charges of capital murder.
The shooting occurred during a robbery, and Yoc was pronounced dead at the scene. Following the release of photos of the suspects by Crime Stoppers and the announcement of a reward, the two teens were apprehended by the Lowndes County Sheriff’s Office.
