Donohoo Chevrolet Partners with Alabama Clean Fuels Coalition and Drive Electric Alabama for Little River Earth Fest Test Drives
Fort Payne, Alabama – The 2025 Little River Earth Fest will offer members of the public a chance to test drive various electric vehicles (EVs) this Saturday at the Little River Canyon Center. Donohoo Chevrolet is teaming up with the Alabama Clean Fuels Coalition and Drive Electric Alabama to showcase Chevy’s EV lineup, including crossovers, SUVs, and full-sized pick-up trucks.
Alabama Clean Fuels Coalition President Michael Staley mentioned the unique opportunity for Alabamians to experience EVs first-hand, as many have never had the chance before. Participants will need to provide proof of insurance for their own vehicle and a driver’s license to take a test drive.
Pete Donohoo, co-owner of Donohoo Chevrolet, highlighted the success of their EV sales to first-time buyers, emphasizing the fun and cost-effective aspects of using an EV. Drive Electric Alabama chapters will also be present at the event, displaying a wide range of EV makes and models.
In addition to the EV test drives, the Little River Earth Fest will feature live music, guided hikes, live animal presentations, hands-on crafts, and more. The event is free and open to the public, taking place on Saturday, April 12, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Little River Canyon Center in Fort Payne.
