The Los Angeles Police Department has made a significant arrest linked to a spate of celebrity break-ins, including a June burglary at Brad Pitt’s residence. Police Chief Jim McDonnell reported the apprehension of four teenage suspects, aged 16 to 18, who allegedly targeted high-profile individuals in the city.

The break-in occurred on June 25, where the suspects scaled a fence and entered via a shattered front window. McDonnell stated, "Three masked suspects approached the glass window and used a tool to shatter that window. They entered the residence, removed property, and then fled."

The burglaries were meticulously planned; the teens utilized WiFi jammers to disable surveillance cameras and tracked their targets via social media to ensure homes were unoccupied during their crimes.
In a related context, Pitt’s ex-wife, Jennifer Aniston, faced a separate security breach when a man crashed into her Bel Air property in May, leading to charges of stalking and vandalism. He was found mentally incompetent to stand trial.
