Kim Kardashian Graduates Law School, Adding "Attorney" to Her Resumé

Kim Kardashian is celebrating a significant milestone as she officially graduated law school after six years of dedicated study. The reality star and business mogul shared the news with her followers on Instagram, showcasing highlights from her special ceremony, where she expressed, “I finally graduated law school after 6 years!!!”

Dressed elegantly in a gray turtleneck and slate-colored miniskirt under her blush graduation robe, and flanked by family and friends, including sister Khloé and CNN correspondent Van Jones, Kardashian took a moment to reflect on her journey. She revealed that she studied “18 hours a week, 48 weeks a year for six straight years," according to her legal mentor.

Her legal career trajectory began after she learned about Alice Marie Johnson, a grandmother serving a life sentence for a non-violent drug offense. This inspired Kardashian to intensify her advocacy for criminal justice reform, leading to her meeting with then-President Donald Trump in 2018, which ultimately resulted in Johnson’s sentence being commuted.

Determined to expand her ability to advocate, Kardashian began a four-year apprenticeship with a San Francisco law firm, opting for the California "reading the law" route to qualify for the bar exam. She faced challenges, including multiple attempts to pass the “baby bar,” but perseverance paid off as she also successfully completed the Multistate Professional Responsibility Exam.

With the timing aligned perfectly with her upcoming legal drama, All’s Fair, set to debut this fall, Kardashian emphasizes her commitment to fighting for systemic change. As she prepares for her bar exam, her journey from reality star to aspiring attorney showcases her dedication to making a positive impact in the legal realm.
