Jefferson County Jury Hears Emotional Confession in Capital Murder Case
In a gripping trial that captivated the courtroom, jurors in Jefferson County watched a taped confession from Arkeem Marshall, a 33-year-old man charged with the capital murder of TiMira Pullom, 28, in September 2023. Marshall, who has been held without bond since his arrest, later took his 2-year-old daughter to safety and contacted both the police and his family, expressing regret for the incident in a text message.
