Israel’s large-scale raids on West Bank continue into third week, resulting in four fatalities | Latest updates on Israel-Palestine conflict

Israeli forces have killed four Palestinians in the West Bank during a military operation that has been ongoing since August 28, with a total death toll of at least 50. The killings occurred in Tulkarem and Far’a, with reports of drone attacks and sniper shootings. The operation has displaced hundreds of people and caused extensive damage to infrastructure in Jenin, Tulkarem, and Nur Shams refugee camps.

In Jenin alone, at least 21 Palestinians have been killed, and 1,000 families were displaced, with some still unable to return home due to the destruction caused by Israeli forces. Water supply to approximately 35,000 residents has been cut off, and essential services such as healthcare and education have been severely impacted.

In Tulkarem and Nur Shams refugee camps, 12 people have been killed, and hundreds remain displaced due to the destruction of homes and water and sewage networks. Over 33,000 people have been cut off from water supply, leading to sewage overflows in the camps.

The military operation is concentrated in the northern governorates of Tulkarem, Tubas, and Jenin, causing significant harm to Palestinian civilians and their communities. Despite international calls for de-escalation, the violence continues, with the latest incident being a ramming attack near Ramallah that resulted in the death of an Israeli soldier. The situation remains tense as Israeli forces maintain their aggressive stance in the occupied West Bank.
