Grand Companions Hosts Pet Adoption Events in Midland
Midland, TX – May 1, 2023 – Grand Companions, a dedicated organization for homeless pets in West Texas, is excited to announce a series of pet adoption events in Midland this May.
On Friday, May 2, from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Grand Companions will be participating in the annual Cinco de Mayo Celebration at the Al G. Langford Chaparral Center, hosted by the Hispanic Cultural Center of Midland. Attendees can enjoy vibrant music, dance, and a variety of delicious food while learning about pet adoption opportunities.
The following day, Saturday, May 3, join Grand Companions at the Midland Hot Dog Run, taking place from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at Midland College. This dog-friendly race invites participants to run or walk with their furry friends, reinforcing the community’s support for rescued pets. Grand Companions will have a booth set up, welcoming everyone to stop by and say hello.
On Sunday, May 4, from 1 to 4 p.m., pet lovers can visit Grand Companions at Alldredge Gardens, located at 3300 N Fairgrounds Rd. This event offers a delightful opportunity to meet adorable pets while exploring a variety of plants.
Finally, on Saturday, May 10, from 10 a.m. to noon, Grand Companions will be present at 5.11 Tactical on Loop 250 Frontage Rd, as they celebrate May 11 with special sales and promotions, including the chance to adopt a lovable pet.
