Tennis superstar Venus Williams opted for a sleek black blazer and cut-off trousers, while musician Ellie Goulding sported a puffer coat gown in white.
Big Brother host AJ Odudu stood out in a two-piece red suit that matched the carpet, adding a pop of color to the red carpet. The star-studded event also saw appearances from fashion icons Stella McCartney and Anna Wintour, as well as filmmaker Baz Luhrmann.
