Coming from UAB, Gimenez Perez has shown his skills on the court with 30 singles wins and 24 doubles victories during his time with the Blazers. He recently appeared at the ITA National Championships in doubles and has continued to excel in various tournaments and rankings.
Coach of the Alabama team is excited about Gimenez Perez’s competitive nature and progress in college tennis, looking forward to his growth within the program. Gimenez Perez has proven himself as a player to watch, with achievements such as advancing to the semifinals in doubles at the ITA Southern Regional Tournament and being ranked 716 in the ITF Men’s Singles Rankings.
As an ITA Scholar-Athlete, Gimenez Perez brings both athletic and academic excellence to the team. He has experience playing at the top singles spots for UAB and has a promising future ahead in collegiate tennis.
