The Alabama Talent Triad and EBSCOed are pleased to welcome Kacey Taylor to the Talent Triad team as a Community Engagement Specialist. The Talent Triad focuses on creating a skills-based economy in Alabama by connecting students, job seekers, employers, and educators. Kacey, a mother, grandmother, educator, and lifelong learner, was identified as a standout candidate through the Talent Triad platform for her experience and unique journey. She understands the challenges of returning to the workforce and found the platform to be instrumental in connecting her with employers based on her skills. This led to EBSCOed reaching out to her directly, and she is now part of their team. Greg DiDonato, Vice President of EBSCOed, believes Kacey’s story will resonate with many Alabamians and exemplifies the power of the Alabama Talent Triad in connecting job seekers with meaningful opportunities. They are thrilled to have Kacey on board and look forward to continuing to support individuals in their career journeys across the state through the Triad.
