Celebrities Flock to Knicks’ Celebrity Row for Game 1 against Pistons


Some of the biggest stars and celebrities were in attendance at Madison Square Garden on Saturday afternoon to watch the New York Knicks secure a comeback 123-112 victory over the Detroit Pistons during Game 1 of the 2025 NBA Playoffs. Fans spotted Knicks super fan Spike Lee, music artist Ciara and her family, Giants quarterback Russell Wilson, rappers Action Bronson and Jadakiss, and former Knicks greats Bernard King, John Starks, Larry Johnson, and Latrell Sprewell on the sidelines cheering on the home team.

Giants quarterback Russell Wilson, who recently signed a one-year deal with the team, was seen alongside his wife Ciara and actor Matthew Modine. New York-based rappers Action Bronson and Jadakiss were also present, with Action Bronson sporting a Patrick Ewing jersey. Comedian Tracy Morgan was spotted in a Karl-Anthony Towns jersey sitting next to actor Ben Stiller.

The Knicks, led by Jalen Brunson’s game-high 34 points, outscored the Pistons by 19 points in the fourth quarter to secure the win. Game 2 is scheduled for Monday night back at Madison Square Garden.
