Trump will return to the witness stand in New York fraud trial, reports Queen City News

Former President Trump will be giving his final defense against business fraud claims. Trump will be testifying for the third time, and will be questioned by his defense counsel. The defense case presented several witnesses offering up a different spin on their testimonies. Donald Trump Jr. remained far removed from the financial statements’ focus. Jeff McConney, the Trump Organization’s ex-corporate controller, provided a different witness testimony for the defense, in which he voiced his exhaustion with the company’s legal issues. Trump will be taking the stage once again, after a judge-ordered stint on the witness stand. His testimony could further showcase his behavior as his criminal trials begin next year.
